Some Things Never Change

Oh My dear….don’t go there…it will make you crazy as a fox once you start connecting all the dots. I know from experience. Some things you just have to pray on and expect a better outcome because they are truly out of our hands. Unless you can think of something the little people can do about it…I would be all ears.

I did not mean to imply my “head was under the sand”…just the opposite. I see what potential there is for the coming future and I am prepared as best as can be with the resources I possess. We paid cash for a small home in a racial mixed neighborhood. I have gotten to know my neighbors. I have tried to talk with my family. I have food stored and camping equipment and solar. A garden planted, seeds stored, water filters…. But the bottom line is if things get really ugly I will not join sides, I will only defend  my home, my neighborhood. And if it does get ugly and my husband and I survive we will help rebuild a better society. Patty

I think we all have at least some unwillingness to “connect the dots” because it is so painful and overwhelming to look at the picture that emerges. I wonder frequently, “When will we stop hurting one another????”

Hello Penny and thank you. Connecting the dots is an important part of teaching ourselves discernment. I made a similar connection, but from another time period. His-story repeats itself when we don’t adress that which created his-story to begin with, both as individuals and as a collective. This is what i wrote on my FB timeline: " Is history repeating itself ? Burning of buildings in Odessa, demonization of counterparts etc…… Have any dots been connected ?

Thanks for the advice Pat, but I’m just noticing how things repeat…and very little will make me go crazy!! It is important that we connect the dots and hold what we know in peace and with equanimity. Sticking one’s head under a rock is not helpful, and I think I need to write something useful about fear, craziness, and this kind of information.

…and when we do, the world will transform before our eyes.

As far as I can see, this unwillingness to " connect the dots ", is shared by a majority of the planetary populace. We will stop hurting one another, when we stop projecting authority to places and people other than SELF. love and light……..J
